Contest Description
In celebration of the 110th Anniversary of Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce, we’re asking fans across the nation to #JiggleWithUs into the Holidays.
Create and submit your #JiggleWithUs submission using the hashtag #JiggleWithUs and tagging @OceanSpray with your #duet of this video on TikTok for a chance to win a Limited-Edition Ocean Spray® Ugly Sweater this holiday season! Sweater and sample #duet are here for reference.
Contest Rules
- Term of the Contest. The Contest will begin on November 7, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will finish on December 7, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
- Eligibility requirements. The Contest is open to anyone located in the continental US over the age of 18.
- How to Enter. Submit at least 1 video – that #duets our jiggling sauce video on our TikTok Page with the hashtag #JiggleWithUs and tag @OceanSpray. Get loose, creative, and saucy. May the best wiggles win.
- Prize. Winners will be chosen throughout the contest term and notified via the platform.
- Judging. All eligible entries received will be reviewed by a panel of creative judges, whose decisions are final. There is no limit to quantity of entries. Creativity and engagement may be considered. The Judges will independently review the full slate of submitted entries.
- License of Submission. By submitting your video to and any accompanying data, including photos, biographical information, the prize story, the contest details, your name and/or images (your "content"), you agree that, while you retain ownership of your content, you grant Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to publish or republish your content in whole or in part in any media or format and/or use it for marketing, publicity, advertising and/or commercial purposes, and to allow others to do so, inclusive of your affiliation with your employer. In particular, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. ., may use content to promote this Contest and announce the winners of the Contest. You also agree that you have the right to grant Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. this permission and that Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc may edit your content in any way.
